I know it's a very personal question, but, if you feel comfortable sharing, who got your vote in the sheriff election?
I voted for Vinnie Van Lowe, but only because Keith entertains me more when he's being a sneaky fuck than when he's the long arm of the law.
Also, during Vinnie's stint in the military police, crime dropped 20% across U.S. military bases.

Sheriff Mars lost my vote when he cracked down on underage drinking; how's a girl to have any fun with him around?
VVL won my vote when I learned of his firm pro-GHB stance.
Another reason to love Vinny is he helped get Duncan out of the country; thereby ending Veronica and Duncan's relationship and setting the stage for a reconciliation with Logan.

I didn't vote. The election was obviously a sham.
Sheriff Lamb died off-camera after being hit in the head by Richard Greico. That's THE Richard Greico from Jump Street. See where I'm going with this?
I don't buy it.
I say the whole thing was an elaborate ruse designed to send Keith Mars over the psychotic edge.
This is how I see it playing out:
Keith wins the election. (Of course he does. I don't care how the producers played it up, nobody wants Vanlowe wielding a badge.) Just as Sheriff-Elect Mars is about to accept the position, an obviously NOT DEAD Lamb would jump out of the shadows (probably pulling off some sort of beard-based disguise) and snatch the glory away from Keith.
Keith loses it. He either breaks down sobbing or succumbs to violent rage and lashes out against Lamb. Either way, he ends up behind bars.
I'm not going to speculate as to whether or not the plan would have succeeded. We've seen Keith survive worse. I'm just saying that was the plan. A plan Lamb and Greico obviously hatched together.
The V-Man was most likely an ignorant pawn.
So, yeah, I didn't vote.

Despite his oh-so magical rendition of "Private Eyes" (eat your heart out Hall & Oates), and his claims to be known as the "human tripod" I'm gonna have to admit I voted for Keith.
Based partly on the fact that he allows "Dessert for Dinner" night.
